Is the istarsip
application free? |

Yes, istarsip is
free to download from the Apple Store. Once you download the
application, you will need to choose your plan and provide credit
card information and the amount that you want to add for international
calls. This amount will automatically be deducted from any per
minute usage charges. |

Can I send Instant Messages using
istarsip? |

Yes! You can send instant messages
to any Skype, MSN Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, Google Talk,
or AIM user. |

Can I cancel my service at any time? |

Yes. Although we believe that once
you use istarsip, you will be completely satisfied
with this new service. However, if you choose to cancel your
service for any reason, log into your account and click on the
billing option where there will be a section to cancel your
service. We require a 30-day notification before your service
will be completely cancelled. |

Do I have to change my number to
be able to use istarsip? |

Absolutely not! istarsip
is designed to work WITH your current phone number. Once you
subscribe to istarsip, you will receive a second
number. Any calls made to or from your phone will appear as
either your Hosted PBX or mobile number. |
